Frequently asked questions
How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?
No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
Do you wash windows?
We will keep an eye on the cleanliness of your windows and let you know if they need to be cleaned. We will assess a separate charge if necessary.
If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
Yes. A $30 late-notice charge will be added to the invoice. We charge an $85 missed-appointment fee for any cleaning services cancelled without notice.
Do you restock toiletries and cleaning supplies?
We will refill toiletries as needed and if adequate supplies are on hand. When supplies start to get low, we will notify you and give you the option to ship products to us, or send us the funds to go and purchase them for you.
Can you clean my rental unit today?
No. We need at least 24 hours notice to book cleaning appointments and do not guarantee availability.
Can I book online?
Not at this time. We work with each vacation rental property owner individually to make sure we know the scope of the work and can provide outstanding service. Please fill out our contact form to schedule a free consultation or call us at (678) 386-3337 if you are ready to book our services.
What types of payment do you take? Can I write a check?
Yes! You may write a check and mail it to us. We also accept funds sent through Zelle or Paypal. No cash, please.
When should my check-out and check-in times be?
It seems to be an industry standard that check-out time is 11:00 am and check-in time is 4:00 pm.
Aren't maid services cheaper?
Some maid services in the area can clean your home for a lower price. However, some other maid services will charge you a heafty fee for not booking "regular" cleanings that fit neatly into their schedules.
Why do you recommend three sets of sheets per bed?
Doing laundry on sight takes a long time (two or more hours) and when you have a same day turnover it is imperative to cover all the details!

Payments Accepted
We accept personal or business checks, Zelle, and PayPal. No cash, please. We will send invoices at the end of each month for work completed.
Cancellation Policy
Our vacation rental contracts are open-ended and have no minimum requirements.
Either party may cancel services for any reason with at least a 30-day written notice to the other party. Services may be canceled or postponed by the Turnover Specialist for failure to pay.
If services are canceled, ALL proper keys, linens, towels, and restock supplies will be dropped off at an approved time and location.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the turnover services we provide, we appreciate the opportunity to make things right. We value open communication and will happily redo the work for free.
