LINEN & TOWEL SERVICE

Your guests deserve fresh, clean, fluffy towels and crisp, clean, cozy linens. Our unit turnover specialists make sure that happens! At each cleaning, we wash, dry, and fold all of your towels. We'll replace hand towels in the bathroom and hang bath towels near the tub/shower. We also wash, dry, and fold kitchen towels. 

Wondering what kinds of towels to purchase for your beach vacation rental home? We recommend sticking with one color throughout the home. White towels are often the best choice because they can be bleached to maintain a crisp bright white color. Colored towels or towels with decorative print or details may require special laundering to maintain the look and may have to be replaced much more often.

When it comes to linens, we suggest having at least three sets of white linens per bed. Why? It is more time-efficient for us to remove the linens and professionally launder, press, and fold them and return them on the next cleaning. White linens are easy to launder and don't need to be replaced as often as print or color linens.

Floors

We will sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors and report any damage.

Kitchen

We clean out the refrigerator, remove left-behind foodstuffs, unload the dishwasher, wipe out all countertop appliances, vacuum out drawers and cabinets, clean the coffee pot, inventory dishes to make sure nothing was broken, wash out the sink, and disinfect all surfaces.

Bathrooms

Every surface is disinfected, the tub/shower walls are scrubbed, toiletries are restocked as necessary, mirrors are polished, shower curtains washed as needed, and towels neatly displayed.

Bedrooms

The linens on each bed are replaced with fresh linens, ceiling fans are dusted, lights/lamps are dusted, alarm clocks checked for the correct time, closets cleaned out, and knick-knacks and decor staged.

Common Areas

All ceiling fans are dusted, horizontal surfaces are dusted and disinfected, furniture is wiped or vacuumed, window sills and blinds dusted, TV polished, electronics dusted and tested for proper function.

Special Areas

Game rooms, indoor entertainment areas, office spaces, etc. are cleaned, disinfected, and staged.

DAMAGE REPORTING

It takes attention to detail to manage a vacation rental well. Our unit turn specialists have an eagle eye for damage and will take photographs of your rental unit before we begin work and after our work is complete so you can see what your guests will see.

Damage can't always be prevented, but you can stay on top of it - and recover losses - with a little bit of help from our unit turnover specialists.

We will make sure hand soaps, dishwashing detergents, laundry soaps, facial tissues, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are well-stocked for each guest. 

If you have other items you would like to offer, we'll restock those as well. We also keep track of plug-in scent diffusers, trash can liners, and other goods and will let you know when it's time to replenish them.

We can maintain your supplies in an owner's closet at your vacation rental home or keep them in our office, labeled with your home's address, and ready for our next visit to turnover your vacation rental unit.
